Push Prep you Pelvic Floor
Feel Empowered for Birth: Master the Missing Link in Birth Prep
This isn’t just another birth class—it’s the piece that most are missing. Learn how to push in a way that supports your body, protects your pelvic floor, and promotes a smoother postpartum recovery.
More personalized guidance than my Gentle Birth Guide, in this workshop you’ll discover the physiologic role of the pelvic floor during birth—spoiler: it doesn’t push baby out with a kegel—and how understanding this can change the way you experience labor. With expert instruction, you’ll learn how to feel what your body needs during pushing, using strategic breathwork and body positioning to open and relax your pelvic floor.
In this workshop, you’ll:
Understand the science behind effective pushing and why it matters
Learn positions that support pelvic floor lengthening and optimal fetal descent
Master breathing strategies to guide your body rather than fight it
Practice techniques you can apply in the weeks leading up to birth
This workshop is for you if:
Are 28+ weeks pregnant and want to prepare intentionally for birth
Had a previous birth with tearing and want a different experience this time
Are curious about how to push effectively without overwhelming your pelvic floor
Want guidance from a trusted expert without sifting through overwhelming internet advice
Want to build on your hospital or doula led childbirth ed class
Whether you're a first-time mom, experienced birther or preparing for a VBAC, this small group workshop gives you the tools to push with purpose—and protect your pelvic floor in the process.
Join LIVE August 6th 2025 at 6:30 - 8:00 pm EST or watch the REPLAY when your schedule is more convenient.
Plus a workbook to reference during and after the workshop!
