This isn’t a generic fitness session or a one-size-fits-all checklist.
You’ll receive individualized guidance tailored to:
Your body
Your symptoms
Your birth experience
Your goals and concerns
Instead of trying to sort through endless saved posts and conflicting advice, you’ll leave with a clear plan that’s realistic and easier to implement.

Birth and postpartum are time-sensitive phases.
The earlier you begin preparing—or the sooner you receive support postpartum—the easier it is to build supportive habits, address symptoms early, and feel more confident in your recovery.
Even if you’re not ready to address the symptoms fully, because you can’t prioritize care 100% right now, but want some relief.
You don’t need to wait until something feels “bad enough.”
-
These consultations are not:
Hands-on physical therapy treatment
Ongoing therapy care
A full exercise program
General fitness coaching
If additional support would benefit you, we’ll discuss options for follow-up care, programs, or referrals that fit your needs.

A 30 minute consultation with Dr. Ryan Bailey is $111 investment into your well being.

Pregnancy
Pregnancy places new demands on your body every week. Your posture changes, your breathing adapts, and your core and pelvic floor are under increasing load. Care during pregnancy focuses on supporting these changes rather than simply reacting to pain once it becomes overwhelming.
Sessions may include:
Hands-on bodywork to reduce tension in the pelvis, hips, back, and abdomen
Assessment of how your breath, core, and pelvic floor are working together
Guidance for safe and comfortable movement, exercise, and daily tasks
Education about what sensations are normal and which deserve attention
Birth prep may include:
Breathing strategies that support pelvic floor relaxation
Pushing mechanics that balance force with control
Positioning options that reduce unnecessary strain
Education about what happens to your tissues during birth
This stage of care helps you:
Feel more comfortable as your body changes
Reduce pelvic girdle and low back pain
Improve support for your growing belly
Build confidence in how your body is functioning
Enter birth feeling stronger and more prepared
Understand how your body works during pushing
Reduce strain on the pelvic floor
