Using safe corrective exercises that will lengthen & nourish tight muscles and strengthen and coordinate weak muscles to bring balance to your healing body. Ideal for moms with in 3 years postpartum to build a better understanding of how to integrate the core and pelvic floor into movement before resuming intense exercise and activity.
Babies in arms welcome!
This class is safe for moms as early as 6 weeks postpartum, all forms of delivery and those with diastasis recti (dysfunctional abdominal separation).
Dates of Class: May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, June 14, 21, 28 (No class June 7th)
