Prepare Your Pelvis for Birth: A Movement Based Birth Education Class

  • Relief Parenting Respite & Resource Center 387 Lafayette St Hampton, NH 03842 USA (map)

Birth is a natural process that is influenced by many factors. Some that are outside of our control and others that we have full control of. Learning strategies to prepare your pelvis and body for birth by eliminating effects of bad posture, tight muscles and undesirable movement patterns that may challenge your body’s ability to have a baby naturally is one way to take control.

This movement based class gives you tools to use leading up to the birth, during labor and immediately post birth that will reduce the risk of medical intervention and birth injury.
