PREPARE YOUR PELVIS FOR BIRTH: A MOVEMENT BASED BIRTH EDUCATION CLASS
Birth is a natural process that is influenced by many factors. Some that are outside of our control and others that we have full control of. Learning strategies to prepare your pelvis and body for birth by eliminating effects of bad posture, tight muscles and undesirable movement patterns that may challenge your body’s ability to have a baby naturally is one way to take control.
This movement based class gives you tools to use leading up to the birth, during labor and immediately post birth that will reduce the risk of medical intervention and birth injury. Which are both associated with long term pelvic floor dysfunction like peeing your pants or pelvic pain. Tuning into your body with these strategies sets yourself up for a smoother labor, birth and recovery.
